General Manager

Paul has amassed over 19 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, strategy, governance and contract management. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen client contracts and projects exceeding $15 million annually, collaborating with prominent entities such as BHP, Australian Federal Government, Victorian Government, Telstra, Optus, Bupa, Victoria Police, Monash University, and many others. In his role, Paul assumes responsibility for all facets of organisational growth, contract management, and closely collaborates with the teamon the implementation and execution of company strategy. His unique perspective brings a fresh approach to MEM, setting a new standard within the electrical industry.

As a certified A-Class Electrician with a genuine enthusiasm and passion for programming, and fortified leadership abilities acquired through his tenure as First Lieutenant within the CFA, Jordan has played a pivotal role in introducing an unprecedented solution to the market at MEM. Leading our team of dual-qualified technicians, all A-Class Electricians with expertise in control and automation protocols such as KNX, DALI, Dynalite, BEG, Steinel, CBUS, and Tridium - Jordan ensures unparalleled service delivery. Beyond managing this department, Jordan collaborates closely with our clients to develop tailor-made lighting and building automation solutions, guiding the process from design to implementation.
